Fee and Payment terms

1. Artworx Courses

• You are paying fees for the complete duration of the Artworx course. Any certificate or award will only be released after clearing all the dues/Installments.

• We charge fees on a Quarterly basis. Since the course duration is 48 weeks, the quarter is of 12 weeks. The course fee is not in pay-per-class mode. ​

• So when you pay the fee, count 12 weeks instead of three months. 

• Submit the fee instalments on or before the due date. Late fee is applicable after the first week of the last date of fee payment @ Rs 10/day. 

• We do not provide “Free Classes” although you can attend two classes by paying Rs 600/- in advance. This payment is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

• The fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.

1. External exams

   • Artworx also provides education for International or National Examination Boards. Following are the rule for the external exams.

   • 1.  

        Only selected students will be allowed to join the International Programme.

     2. ​The fee structure is different from the regular course. External exams will be allowed only after the submission of the full annual course fee + Facilitation fee and External exam fee, in advance.

     3. External exam fee is the fee you pay to the exam board, through us. The receipt will be shared once we receive it. We provide this facility only for your convenience. This fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.

1. Workshops / Webinars

   • You pay the fee for the complete workshop. Adjustment of fees will not be facilitated in any condition.

   •  No class or fee will be adjusted if the child is absent in any class.              

1. Refunds / Adjustments: No Refunds or Adjustments are possible for the fees paid.

2. Surcharges / Bank charges/credit card / online payment charges: These charges are from the banking or financial service providers when you submit the fee through the online method.

3. What happens if you miss the class – You can book extra classes at a designated time by paying a nominal charge of Rs 50/-  per class. These classes are available only in Online mode.

4. If ARTWORX calls off any class - Extra classes will be arranged immediately either online or offline. However, if a child misses these arranged classes, it will not be possible to reschedule them. Nevertheless, in order to ensure the completion of the course, we may offer additional classes (either online or offline) during the examination period.

5. We will provide extra classes to weaker students. The decision of the teacher will be final in this matter. 

6. Attendance: Students are expected to attend at least 80% of classes and complete all course assignments on time. If a student is unable to maintain 80% attendance, He/She may be barred from the next examination. 

7. Conduct: Students and their parents are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards instructors and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created by students during the course, including but not limited to artwork, designs, and written work, Music compositions, is the property of ARTWORX. ARTWORX Courses reserves the right to use student work for promotional or educational purposes. 

9. Course Materials: Course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, videos, and worksheets, are the property of ARTWORX and may not be reproduced or shared without the express permission of Artworx. Students may use course materials solely for their own personal use and may not sell or redistribute them to others. Doing so is a punishable offence under the copyright act of India 1954. 

10. Limitation of Liability: ARTWORX is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from an accident on our premises. 

11. Termination: ARTWORX and its proprietor reserves the right to terminate a course or remove a student from a course for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behaviour.

12. Modifications: These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by ARTWORX. Any modifications will be posted on our website and will apply to all enrolled students.

13. By enrolling in our courses, students acknowledge that they have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
